If your wrist measures greater than 6 inches around, we recommend the M/L cuff.  The XS/S is a better fit petite wrists measuring under 6 inches. 

The cuff has a small range of adjustability using a gentle pull to open or squeeze for closure.  Due to the nature of solid sterling silver it is suggested to measure for the best fit.
